After being dog-less for a few months now, we have adopted a new furry friend. Meet Morgan. We got him from a local rescue last week. He’s adjusting incredibly well to his new home. He loves playing outdoors and he has a lot of energy. I think he’s going to make a great island dog.

This past December, I got an awesome gift from my dad – a new kayak paddle! I tried it out last month when I visited Victoria in South Carolina. It’s a better length and the grips are super comfy. I can’t wait to use it some more once the ice melts.
